Where are your products made?
Cariati glass is hand blown and crafted in Los Angeles, CA.
Will the colors match a JC piece I already own?
Cariati glass always strive for as much consistency as possible, but due to the handmade nature of the items, there may be slight variations in size and color hue.
The item that I want does not seem to be offered in all of the available colors, is there a way to special order it even if it is not listed?
With a few exceptions, yes, we will be happy to make most items in any of the colors currently offered. Please call or contact us and we will be happy to help.
I have seen other colors on social media, or in stores, but can’t find it on the site, is it available?
If there is something you’ve seen but can’t find, please email us a photo for reference, and we can assist you.
I would like to see a few colors or styles together, can you put something together for me?
Yes! We would be happy to use on hand inventory to set up some gallery photos for you and send for your review.
I have height restrictions where I want to place your work, can you let me know what will fit in my space?
We are happy to review the dimensions of your furnishings and make suggestions as to what will fit dimensionally and proportionally.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
When will I get my order?
All items are custom made to order with a 4 week lead time.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, all orders ship UPS Ground and we will send a personal email your way once shipped.
What is your return policy?
All items are custom made to order and all sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Should there be any order discrepancies or damaged items, please contact customer care within 5 business days of receiving your items.
Sample Sale products are final sale. These items may have small bubbles, imperfect glass quality and or dark or light hues. Albeit these imperfections are minor, they do not meet Cariati's rigorous quality control standards or first quality work.
Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us and let us know where you reside. We are more than willing to help get custom Cariati glass to wherever you are.
